Up to Vice President, Client Facilitation, Markets

**Position Objective/Purpose/Background**

This position is a client facilitation manager role that works with and support Markets Sales to improve client experience.

**Support actively sales and contribute to improving the relationship between the entire company and its customers. (Client Experience)**

**Work with Client Specialist to provide the necessary support for our sales activities, as well as deal with negotiations with customers**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Enhance client service levels by providing focused service to Markets Japan Sales client**

**Drive document negotiations with these clients, and accordingly reduce overall backlogs.**

**Create greater transparency around Credit/Legal requirements in documents, working closely with Sales and RMs**

**Manage to make the new client / account onboarding as well as KYC / AML process timely and efficient by working together with the relevant Ops and ICRM colle...
