Responsibilities

Provide personalized career coaching based on students’ backgrounds, interests, and long-term goals.

Help students clarify career objectives and design practical pathways toward employment in the U.S.

Advise students on target industries and roles, offering both hard skills (technical, professional tools) and soft skills (communication, teamwork, leadership) development strategies.

Share up-to-date market trends, case studies, and role-specific insights.

Provide access to valuable resources to enhance students’ job search effectiveness.

Follow up regularly with students to track progress and offer continuous guidance.

Help students address challenges and adapt strategies throughout their career journey.
