Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced UNIX Systems Administrator to join our UNIX Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on support for UNIX-based systems, specifically Red Hat Linux (RHEL), on bare-metal servers.
- Support mission-critical systems used for trading applications in a high-performance, low-latency environment.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the UNIX/Linux stack, using command-line tools and debugging techniques.
- Automate server management and deployment tasks using tools like Ansible and Python, managing thousands of servers.
- Optimize system latency, capacity, and computational performance to ensure seamless operation.
- Manage and configure key infrastructure services, including LDAP, Kerberos, and DNS/DHCP management.
