The University Relations Recruiter develops and executes campus recruiting strategies, university engagement initiatives, and early-career hiring processes to attract and hire qualified talent for Marathon Petroleum’s internship, co-op, and entry-level opportunities. This role partners closely with internal business stakeholders and external university contacts to build sustainable talent pipelines, strengthen campus relationships, support assigned business units, and deliver positive candidate experience.
