Universal Teller

Minimum Education: Bachelors (Business, Commerce or related field preferred)

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Numerical and financial analysis skills
• Understanding of financial services, banking products and banking operations
• Good understanding of AML/KYC
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Communication, Conflict Management and Customer Service Skills
• Knowledge and experience of Islamic Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth processing of all functions related to general banking activities including customers’ transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Assisting customers with routine account related requests such as stop payments, updating of customer details, removal of dormancy etc.
• Recording denominations for all cash transactions, and requesting additional cash as and when required.
