Universal Banker

The Universal Banker will be responsible for both Customer Service, Account opening and Teller duties. This position will include participating in the daily operations of the branch, assisting clients with account management, and providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough handling of all monies assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Nurture and retain customer relationships by delivering a courteous welcome and accurate timely customer service. Cash checks, make deposits and process loan payments received by customers in person, or by mail. Verify cash and endorsements, initiate account transfers, issue cashier checks, and review and confirm transfers, in accordance with bank policies.
