Unit People Planning Specialist-80%-Limited contract

As Unit People Planning Specialist for the Zurich Market Area you will be supporting the units (Spreitenbach & Dietlikon) and the country in the implementation of the new people planning process with the aim on efficient and sustainable ways of working.

• Experience in people planning and a Human Resources background with leadership skills in a matrix organisation.
• Knowledge of rights and obligations of employees and scheduling/tracking systems.
• Passion for people and belief in individual potential.
• Strong numerical skills and ability to inspire teams.
• Understanding of plan implementation within budgets and goals.
• Capability to develop business and deliver results.
• Proven record in developing people and organizations.
• Ability to accomplish goals, complete tasks and achieve results.
• Fluent in English (B2 minimum) and French, both written and verbal.
