Unit Manager Ithaca

Beechtree Center, a warm and community-oriented 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Ithaca, NY, is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager RN to oversee clinical operations on one of our nursing units. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who’s passionate about quality care, teamwork, and resident well-being.

What You’ll Do:
Supervise daily nursing operations on your unit to ensure high-quality care
Oversee care plans, medication administration, and compliance with clinical protocols
Lead and mentor nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and support
Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and survey preparation

Active RN license in New York
