• Develops and implements the annual nursing education and training plan based on learning needs assessment, patient safety data, incident trends, and organizational priorities.
• Develops and submits personal, unit, and departmental goals and objectives annually, aligned with strategic and quality plans.
• Maintains and monitors staff credentials, certifications, and mandatory training compliance .
• Collaborates with Clinical HODs, Unit Heads, and UHCNs to identify learning needs and develop evidence-based teaching modules .
• Plans and coordinates in-service education, workshops, CNEs, simulations, and specialty training programs , ensuring all administrative arrangements are completed.
• Participates in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety initiatives as a Facilitator or Team Leader, using audit and incident data to guide targeted education.
