We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated Registered Nurse to step into a pivotal leadership role as Unit Coordinator for the Hospital Unit at Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Hamilton East, Hamilton. This is a part‑time position with flexible start times:

• Sunday: 0800‑1630
• Monday: 0800‑1630
• Tuesday: 0900‑1300

Responsibilities

• Inspire and coach the team to deliver care that is “good enough for mum and dad.”
• Foster a positive culture ensuring a safe, supportive, and enjoyable workplace.
• Oversee personalized care plans for every resident in the Hospital Unit.
