Job Description

The Unit Coordinator manages the clerical functions of the nursing unit necessary to provide patient care. Must possess experience and knowledge of interventional and administrative duties necessary to support nursing and patient care on assigned unit. Assists in the direct care and management of patients with medical and behavioral issues as directed by the treatment team. Assists with unit programming to facilitate the carryover of therapy issues, leisure activities, and activities of daily living for patients on the unit.
