**Job Description**

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Manager. Responsibilities include managing the daily activities of a uniform room; implementing appropriate policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing employees; maintaining customer relationships; and maintaining service and goodwill to customers.

**Skills/Qualifications**

Required

+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Minimum 2 years' managerial experience
+ Experience managing at least 5 employees
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
+ Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including overnight travel
+ Valid driver's license
+ High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
