Role Overview
The Unified Communications Engineer supports the stable operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise voice and collaboration platforms. The role ensures high availability and call quality across Cisco IP Telephony and Microsoft Teams Telephony environments.
You will handle complex voice issues across CUCM, Unity Connection, voice gateways, CUBE/SIP trunking, and Teams Phone System , while managing day‑to‑day administration, incident resolution, and configuration changes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and service providers.
