2.Adequate Pricing of products and risks.

5.To Create and maintain a sustainable portfolio in line with Underwriting policy of the company and to achieve underwriting technical standards.

6.Developing underwriting Policy, guidelines review.

7.Process development, implementation, review and continual improvement.

8.Development of team and sharing of knowledge.

9.Imparting knowledge to sales team to aid customer satisfaction.

10.To achieve targeted sales and combined ratio on motor portfolio.

12.To guide, train, drive Managers and sales team of the company to generate motor insurance business.
