Responsibilities include underwriting activities and P&L responsibility for various products (Marine, Property and Engineering, Financial Lines and Liability, Accident and Health, Motor, Workers Compensation, SME, Home, etc.) and managing underwriting relationships with intermediaries and business partners in service delivery, product development, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and P&L across multiple product lines, managing intermediary relationships and driving service delivery, product development, and innovation.
• Manage UW relationship with intermediaries and business partners regarding underwriting service delivery, product development, and innovation.
• Manage overall business relationship with MTPs and brokers to support GWP growth.
• Ensure ongoing personal technical development to achieve ideal DAL state.
