About the Role

As an Underground Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering, coordinating and supporting training and competency development programs across underground operations. Working closely with supervisors, leadership teams and site management, you will ensure employees are trained, assessed and supported to perform their roles safely, effectively and consistently. This role plays a key part in building a capable and confident workforce as the operation transitions into production.
