About our Role

Join the Barminco team as a HD Fitter and support our underground mining operations across Australia, with current opportunities available at sites throughout Western Australia. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a range of planned underground maintenance activities across our large and diverse fleet of machines and equipment.

What will your day to day look like?

• Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on our underground heavy mining equipment
• Diagnose faults and perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
• Conduct inspections, servicing, and component change-outs to manufacturer and site standards
• Complete pre-start checks and ensure equipment is safe and compliant for operation
• Accurately record maintenance activities and report defects or hazards
• Work closely with operators and supervisors to minimise machine downti...
