Responsibilities The UMS Manager is responsible for managing and driving the implementation of the continuous improvement process at the site, by identification, evaluation and elimination of production losses and waste. Build a Master Plan, identify key projects with functional leaders, develop and manage skill base within manufacturing team, and deliver appropriate coaching. Drive MANEX program deployment, including standards development and horizontal expansion. Coordinate and coach team on World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology and maturity assessments.
