Ultrasonographer - Radiology, Nights

As an Ultrsonographer at Cheshire Medical Center you will practice with committed Radiology professional’s and a range of providers to deliver excellent patient care to our community. You will be asked to perform a variety of highly technical Ultrasound exams and procedures using your skills and understanding of these complicated procedures.
* Independently performs appropriate ultrasonic examinations, utilizing instrumentation settings based on a thorough knowledge of ultrasound physics
* Consults with radiologists and/or referring physicians, providing technical interpretation of diagnostic images
* Oversees patient scheduling and coordinates with other areas. Updates patient examination history file, and records unusual conditions/limitations
Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology required. One year experience as a Sonographer preferred. Achievement of registration...
