Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a UKG Ready Payroll Consultant to join their team. As a UKG Ready Payroll Consultant, you will be part of the Human Capital Management support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: UKG Ready Payroll Consultant**

**Location: Remote**

**Pay Range: $45-50/hr on w2**

**What's the Job?**

+ Implement the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.
+ Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
+ Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
+ Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
