Job Description

Workforce Management Manager 
We are seeking a hands-on Workforce Management (WFM) Manager to support an immediate contract need. This role will oversee day-to-day WFM operations while helping guide a system migration from Infor Workforce Management to UKG WFM Pro, integrated with a broader HCM platform.
This is a great opportunity for a player-coach leader who can manage a small team while staying actively involved in system operations and implementation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a small team of WFM analysts (day-to-day oversight and support)
Oversee current-state operations within Infor Workforce Management
Manage incoming work and ticket flow (ServiceNow or similar systems)
Support and guide the migration to UKG WFM Pro
Partner with cross-functional teams to support system integration with HCM platforms
