UKG Functional Consultant

Experience: 7–9 Years

Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

· Lead and support UKG (Kronos) functional implementations

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements

· Configure UKG modules such as WFM, Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, Payroll

· Act as a functional SME for UKG solutions

· Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements

· Support testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities

· Provide functional support and resolve system issues

· Guide junior consultants and support client discussions

Skills Required:

· 7–9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on UKG / Kronos functional expertise

· In-depth knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM)

· Experience in end-to-end UKG implementation projects

· Strong client-facing and communication skills
