Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a team supporting the manufacturing operations? Due to the growth, we are seeing within manufacturing, we are now looking for 3x Manufacturing Shift Managers to join the leadership team. You will drive efficiency, safety, and quality on the production floor, as well as supporting the team with day-to-day management activities (including resource planning, training and development and performance management).

We are currently looking for people to join the following areas:

• Unit 3&4 - Plastics and Spherical - Double Days


• Unit 3&4 - Plastics and Spherical - Nights


• Instrument Machining - Days
