UI/UX Manager at EcoBank

JOB PURPOSE

• The UI/UX Manager will shape the visual and interaction layer of both external-facing (customer) and internal-facing (employee) products – ensuring they are not only functional and intuitive, but also emotionally resonant and frictionless to use.

• As a key member of the product delivery team, the UI/UX Manager will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Process Designers to translate strategy, user insight, and process logic into high-impact interfaces. They will advocate for usability, accessibility, and design excellence across platforms, devices, and journeys.
