• Experience & Workflow Design: Define and refine user journeys and task flows for enterprise applications; identify usability issues and design both happy‑path and exception scenarios.
• Information Architecture: Create navigation structures and content organization that enable easy discovery and alignment with user mental models.
• AI‑Assisted Product Design: Review AI‑generated prototypes, guide prompt design, identify gaps, and ensure solutions meet user needs.
