Job Description
Teach and demonstrate on all aspects of coring.Teach and demonstrate commitment in controlling risks and eliminating hazards, as well as educating green drillers about the internal responsibility system and on company policies, procedures, and programs.Recommend improvements in our processes and procedures to reduce employees' exposure to chemical, physical, and biological work hazards. Conduct and organize training schools and attendees. Create learning materials such as videos, booklets, and forms to enhance and promote successful learning. Liaise with the HSEC team to obtain up-to-date information on safety and health issues for operations.Maintain composure, effectiveness, and flexibility under pressure. Visit sites to ensure safety practices are being followed. Serve as a role model to all personnel.Evaluate appropriate individuals.
