DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, lead a team of skilled technicians, and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and facilities. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, managing preventive maintenance programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals.

Must-Haves:

•Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders, rapid response to production breakdowns, and compliance with safety and productivity standards

•Schedule, assign, and monitor preventive maintenance for production machinery, support equipment, and spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and meet production schedules

•Lead and mentor a maintenance team of 10–20 employees, fostering skill development and teamwork.
