Responsibilities

Manage and lead the twilight shift transitioning from day to night, ensuring excellent availability, shop floor standards, and store safety for customers and colleagues.

• Drive strategy into action: Planning a execute trading activity on the shopfloor during twilight shift by ensuring great availability standards and key metrics and KRAs through routine and process.
• Lead with impact: Leading and coaching colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards whilst creating a culture of selling our customers with personality, serving with heart and pride, and get one more item in every basket.
