1st Staff are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Tutor to support students in the Wareham area who have been out of education for a period of time. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping students rebuild their confidence, develop key skills, and work towards recognised qualifications — with the potential to return to mainstream or further education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, bespoke 1:1 sessions
• Support students in core subjects (Maths, English, and other key areas as required)
• Build positive, trusting relationships
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles
• Support students with SEN, SEMH, and challenging behaviours
