The Randstad Tuition Team is looking for dedicated Academic Tutors to provide vital 1:1 educational support to children who are looked after or in crisis care. You will focus on building confidence and bridging gaps in core subjects (English, Maths, and Science) for students who need it most.

What You'll Do

• Deliver tailored, engaging 1:1 tuition in core subjects (KS1-KS4).
• Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons to meet their emotional and academic needs.
• Collaborate with foster carers, residential support workers, and local authorities.
