'Response' is part of KCC's Adult Education offer, and we deliver a wide variety of engaging and interesting courses to Kent residents in the community. Our aim is to support learners to develop confidence and new skills to move closer to and into work.

We are recruiting tutors, on a Permanent Full Time contract. These roles are initially to deliver a new pilot course, working with DWP to support clients into work and the impact of the pilot courses will be evaluated with DWP to identify whether they will continue in the long-term. The pilot courses will be delivered in Gravesend and Maidstone in community venues. The successful candidates will have skills and experience in delivering courses with this learner demographic by:
