We’re looking for passionate and patient Teachers, HLTAs or experienced Tutors to work on a one-to-one basis with students who are receiving education outside of a traditional school environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tailoring learning to individual needs and making a real difference to young people who need additional support with Maths and English.

The role:

1. Deliver engaging one-to-one tuition sessions in core subjects
2. Support students who may be out of school for a range of reasons (for example, SEMH, anxiety, medical needs)
3. Create a safe and encouraging learning environment
4. Plan sessions based on each learner’s needs and ability

What we’re looking for:

1. QTS, HLTA status, or strong tutoring experience
2. Confident teaching Maths and English from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4
