Turnaround Rigging Supervisor

To supervise and coordinate rigging operations during plant turnaround activities, ensuring safe handling, lifting, and positioning of equipment, while complying with project specifications, approved lifting plans, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise rigging teams, including riggers and helpers, during turnaround and shutdown activities. Ensure safe and proper use of all lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and rigging accessories; verify availability of certified lifting equipment with test certificates. Plan, coordinate, and execute lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and project requirements. Inspect rigging equipment prior to use, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain safety standards. Mentor and guide team members in safe rigging practices, load handling, and equipment installation.
