  Overview: 
 The Turnaround/Outage Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of annual outages at the Shelby, NC Site. This includes coordinating the timing of the outage, resource allocation, cost estimation, stewardship leadership, operation support, and communication plan. The position will also be responsible for oversite of the kitting area and managing of the parts inventory required for the outage.
  Responsibilities: 
 Specific responsibilities include: 
 Partner with key operational staff, the gate keeper and MI engineering to create a detailed work list and resource plan for annual outages
 Plan outages by establishing milestones prior to outages, estimating outage costs, ensuring resources and inventory is available, and communicate plans to site in bi-weekly outage planning meetings
