JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Maintains athletic fields for various sports.
+ Operates a reel mower, tractor, power-spray unit and skid steer loader.
+ May use other grounds equipment such as trimmers, edgers and backpack and street blowers.
+ Applies fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides to turf areas.
+ Adheres to OSHA standards, and other applicable federal and state regulations when working with hazardous chemicals, materials and power equipment.
+ Uses personal protective equipment as required.
+ May drive utility vehicles to and from work sites.
