Job Description
Our client is seeking a KTA Engineer / Administrator to support a large-scale document digitization and automation initiative based on site in Fulton, MD. This role will play a critical part in supporting and maintaining a high-volume Tungsten Total Agility (KTA) environment, including scanner connectivity, document processing workflows, and infrastructure support. The project involves the digitization of over 435 million pages across 52,000+ boxes, with a fast-paced development timeline leading into production and long-term operational support.

This individual will work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and on-site operators to ensure seamless ingestion, processing, and metadata extraction of documents. Responsibilities include:

* Configuring and supporting KTA modules
* Troubleshooting scanner and server connectivity
* Managing permissions and system functionality
* Supporting production operations.
