Tumoohy طموحي is AbbVie’s Emirati graduate program designed to develop high‑potential UAE National talent through a structured 18–24‑month rotational journey.

Participants gain hands‑on experience, real responsibilities, and cross‑functional exposure across AbbVie, building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

We are currently accepting applications for our track: Communication.

For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations with a strong interest in Pharmaceutical External and Internal Communications.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Recent Communication graduate or early‑career professional.
• Strong interest in the chosen track.
• Ability to commit to a full‑time onsite role in Dubai.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership.
