Scope of Role

Trainee Operatives & Qualified Operatives will be working with both direct labour and sub‑contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads as required
• Managing the traffic flow at temporary traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales
• Setting up traffic lights
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic
• Ensuring the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and quality
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times
