and RequirementsRBFCU in partnership with Members Trust Company is seeking a Trust Officer that is responsible for engaging with Trust Prospects, serving as the day-to-day administrator for an assigned book of business, and managing member and partner relationships. They will be an internal resource for the RBFCU team and key partner to the Trust and Estate Business Development Officer.
This position is for our ASC location, (main campus) located at: 1 Ikea-RBFCU Pkwy, Live Oak, TX 78233
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Serve as an internal point of contact and educational resource for Trust Prospects from the RBFCU website and general phone inquiries.
Engage in member discovery with Trust Prospects.
Track and maintain Trust Prospects list and account related inquiries.
