**Job Description**
The Truss Builder works in a modern indoor truss plant, assembling floor and wall trusses using basic hand and power tools. This role involves standing and walking for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks with accuracy, and contributing to the production of high-quality structural components in a brand-new facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble floor and wall trusses according to production specifications and drawings.
+ Use basic hand tools such as hammers and tape measures to measure, cut, and secure materials.
+ Operate basic power tools safely and efficiently as needed in the assembly process.
+ Read and interpret tape measurements accurately to ensure precise cuts and placements.
+ Maintain a steady work pace while performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
+ Stand and walk on the production floor for up to 10 hours a day while performing assembly duties.
