+ 1st Shift - Monday- Friday 6AM- 4:30 (5X10)
+ 2nd shift - Monday-Thursday 3:30PM- 1:00 AM (4X10)

**Job Description:**

We are hiring a Truss Builders to support the production of high-quality trusses and wall panels for residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and want long-term growth opportunities within a stable company.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble trusses and wall panels according to specifications and production requirements
+ Use hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and secure materials accurately
+ Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and measurement guidelines
+ Measure and cut materials to precise dimensions using tape measures and saws
