Job Description Job Description PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION: 1. Responsible for establishing relationships with outside trucking companies to move excess freight. 2. Responsible for maintaining appropriate information for each company used. 3. Responsible for tracking and maintaining contact with all outside trucking companies used. 4. Responsible for maximizing the commission percentage on each load. 5. Responsible for executing contracts on each load moved. 6. Responsible for all communication with outside carriers. 7. Responsible for advertising available loads to outside companies. 8. Responsible for coordinating advance payments for outside trucking companies. 9.
