Job Description

You will collaborate within a close-knit team in a customer facing role. The team is highly safety focused, and process driven and will ensure that you are supported. You will be completing scrap metal & e-waste collections across Mackay, as well as working alongside the staff in the yard. 

This role entails day shift work across a hour week, with overtime available. 
The hourly rate is $. + Super + $. fortnightly remote living allowance.
All overtime is paid at overtime rates.
Key responsibilities:
Operate heavy vehicles in a safe and efficient manner

Collaborate with the Transport Supervisor to complete deliveries across the region

Loading the truck using overhead cranes

Adhere to Australian rules and regulations regarding the operation of heavy vehicles

Provide excellent customer service

Adhere to all WHS and Heavy Vehicle Transport regulations, policies and procedures...
