Truck driver

We are in need of a responsible and reliable Temporary Truck Driver to join our team in Khanpur. As a Temporary Truck Driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the truck in a safe and efficient manner.
• Transport goods from one location to another following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load and unload cargo as needed.
• Plan routes and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers and other drivers as needed.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage and any incidents that occur on the road.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to management.
