Truck Dispatcher

We’re Hiring: Truck Dispatcher | US Market | Lahorel DHA

Join our team and help drive US freight operations forward. We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven truck dispatcher who knows the US trucking market and can hit the ground running.

What you’ll own:

• Sourcing & booking loads via DAT, Truckstop, etc.
• Negotiating rates with brokers to maximize margins.
• Dispatching, routing, and supporting drivers in real time.
• Ensuring on-time pickup & delivery performance.
• Managing documentation, tracking, and status updates.

What you bring:

• 6–12 months of US truck dispatch experience.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
• Highly organized and calm under pressure.

What we offer:

• Base salary up to PKR 60,000 + 10% to 15% commission.
