 Education & Experience BSME, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum 8+ years in automotive engineering.  
 Job Summary Provide front‑line technical leadership and customer interface for assigned program(s), ensuring delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective, and manufacturable trim products. Lead engineering teams to achieve on‑time program milestones, first‑time quality targets, and budget adherence, while strengthening team capability and customer satisfaction.
