Trim Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

College degree in job related field ( Engineering , Textiles, etc.) or other suitable technical degree preferred.
5+ years job related experience

Desirable, to have completed 2 or more Program launch cycles. 

Summary

Has the ability to lead the development of a row set with multiple trim codes and/or lower scope program under the direction of the Lead or Principal Engineer. Able to take direction and use basic engineering practices to develop and implement solutions that meet the craftsmanship expectation and cost objectives of the program. Provides complete seat and foam engineering input/direction to achieve flawless seat appearance and the ability to lead the development of a row set with multiple trim codes and/or lower scope program under the direction of the Lead or Principal Engineer.
