About the Role

TDCX is looking for Trilingual Content Moderation Agents (English, Portuguese, and Spanish) to join one of our key gaming campaigns, ensuring effective implementation of trust and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate content within the gaming platform, ensuring it complies with trust and safety policies, and maintaining an environment free from toxic behavior, harassment, or fraud.
• Handle security incidents, including identifying inappropriate content, offensive conduct, cheating, and other policy violations.
• Report on performance metrics, including service levels, productivity, and contact rates, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
