Summary:
The Tribunal and Complaints Officer – Interims provides specialist short-term support within Liverpool City Council's Children and Young People's Services to manage and reduce the backlog of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) complaints and tribunal cases. The postholder is responsible for coordinating, investigating, and resolving complex complaints and SEND Tribunal proceedings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, legal timescales, and the Council's policies and procedures.
