Responsibilities Provides authoritative advice to District USAO Management and acts as a focal point for tribal victim matters within the district. Implements effective protocols for AUSAs (Assistant United States Attorney's). Provides program oversight, direction, and guidance to successfully implement a tribal victim assistance program. Designs, develops, and implements the dissemination of information pertinent to the numerous victim protection laws, and the Department of Justice policy and programs concerning victim related matters, to include any relevant victim services.
